Registration fee of $35
is non-refundable

Tuition must be paid by
the 5th of the month or on the first lesson
of the month.

| Tution that
is paid after the 5th of the month or the
first lesson will be chared a late fee of
$5. |

The definition of a lesson
is as follows: One half hour of instruction,
once a week from one teacher to one student.
|
|
Make-ups are at the discretion
of each indificual instructor, make-ups
will not be allowed without having received
24 hours advanced notice. Likewise, any
cancellation within 24 hours of a lesson
will not be allowed a credit.
|
|
KYR will only issue up to
two credits per month. Exceptions are:
|
a) The teacher cancels
and an appropriate substitute is unavailble.
|
b) The lesson falls on
a holiday.
|
c) There has been a mistake
made on the part of KYR.
|
|
All return checks will be
charged $20
|
|
Tuition does NOT cover any
added costs of accessories i.e.: books,
rental instrument, reeds, strings, etc.
|
|
Please no playing of instruments
outside of the leson studios.
|
|
Drop Policy: Should
you for any reason want to drop lessons
you must notify KYR before the new
month starts. Otherwise, you will be responsible
for the full month's tuition. There are
no exceptions.

A student will be considered
absent if he/she does not show up within
the first fifiteen minutes of a lesson!
|
|
In order to make your
child's lesson more enjoybale, we recommend
practicing at least 30 minutes a day, there
days a week. Also, please feel free to come
to us with any concerns, questions or suggestions
you have.
